Help for Genesis – I Know What I Like, the interactive iPad book by Armando Gallo.
Email hello@zentric.site with anything — bugs, questions, requests, kind words. We read every message.
The app needs permission to use your iPad's camera. Open the iPad Settings, scroll to Genesis – I Know What I Like, and turn Camera on.
The app needs permission to add images to your Photos library. In the iPad Settings → Genesis – I Know What I Like → Photos, choose Add Photos Only (or Full Access).
The app reads Genesis albums from your Apple Music library on the device. Make sure the albums are actually present in Music → Library (downloaded or matched via Apple Music). The app will only display label art for albums it can find on your iPad.
All video content is bundled inside the app, so playback shouldn't need a network. If a video shows a black frame, try tapping the play button manually, or close and reopen the app. If it still fails, email hello@zentric.site with your iPad model and iPadOS version.
Try force-quitting and relaunching: swipe up from the bottom of the screen, hold, then swipe the app's preview up to close it. Reopen. If the crash repeats on the same page, email us — please include your iPad model, iPadOS version, and which page reproduces the crash.
Yes. The 2026 update is delivered through the App Store as a free upgrade to anyone who previously purchased Genesis – I Know What I Like.
